# Bug Bounty

Our developers perform thorough internal testing and evaluation of blockchain contracts before deployment. BIM has also undergone an audit by the security firm Cyberscope. Additionally, making the source code available for public testing, review, and experimentation helps accelerate the discovery of all types of bugs.

The bug bounty program covers BIM’s smart contracts and applications, with a focus on preventing the following:

* Major vault hacks or exploits;
* Theft of governance funds;
* Website outages or DDOS attacks.
